About

Commercial Leadership. Operating Execution. Business Building.

Roustam Timorshin, International Business Executive

Roustam Timorshin (Рустам Тиморшин) is an international business executive with more than 20 years of experience across FMCG, consumer goods, retail and technology-enabled businesses.

His career began in Russia, building commercial and distribution experience across FMCG before moving into retail operations and the launch of a new food discount format at O'KEY Group.

At Mattel and Kraft Heinz, his responsibilities expanded to large-scale commercial leadership across Russia and CIS, covering Route-to-Market, distribution, key customers, field sales, retail execution and commercial transformation. At Kraft Heinz, he led execution and transformation initiatives across a $200M+ commercial business and an organization of 500+ people.

In the UAE, he moved into entrepreneurship and technology, founding SLICE and later leading business development and strategic partnerships at Fortis. This added direct experience in FinTech, SaaS, payments, digital commerce, product development and go-to-market.

Most recently in Saudi Arabia, as Chief Operating Officer of the D43 × BinDawood convenience retail venture, he combined commercial and operational leadership to translate a new retail concept into a working business: developing the customer proposition, commercial model, operating model and launching the first four pilot stores.

Across these roles, his experience has developed across three complementary dimensions: commercial leadership, operating execution and building businesses from concept to scale.
